💼 About This Role

You'll turn mature satellite platform designs into flight-ready systems, living at the intersection of engineering, test, and production. You'll ensure mission-critical systems meet requirements and perform reliably through verification and validation. This role offers the chance to lead anomaly investigations and improve test methods in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee component and system-level functional and performance testing
• Develop and approve system level test procedures with success criteria
• Analyze test data and lead anomaly investigation and resolution
• Lead system level test improvements to increase automation and refine methods

📋 Requirements

• US person (citizen or permanent resident)
• BS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience with system integration, test, and qualification
• Strong understanding of satellite subsystems and system-level interactions

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior flight hardware or ground testbed (e.g. FlatSat) experience
• Root cause analysis methods (fishbone diagrams, fault trees)
• Production or high-rate environment experience
