Description

You will lead go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing mental health startup, managing a team of Outreach Directors and Managers across a multi-state region. Your focus will be on building referral partnerships, driving admissions for at-risk youth, and operationalizing market penetration strategies.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years business development experience, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and video conferencing
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in B2B/outreach account management
• Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for partner meetings

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a region, ensuring regional performance goals are met
• Measure and own regional KPIs, reporting upwards monthly
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement community partnerships
