You'll lead merchandising for Babies, Kids, and Pet categories to drive revenue and margin growth. You'll shape assortment strategy and vendor partnerships while upholding clean ingredient standards for a mission-driven online retailer. This role offers flexible remote work with twice-yearly travel to Los Angeles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow Babies, Kids, and Pet categories to meet revenue and margin KPIs.
• Develop and execute assortment strategy and vendor relationships.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, margins, and promotional support.
• Analyze category performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory and marketing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in buying or category management.
• E-commerce experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record of over-delivering on KPIs.
• Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
