You'll provide a Seriously Nice experience during check-in and boarding for Breeze Airways guests at Fort Myers Airport. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide check-in and boarding assistance with a friendly welcome
• Handle ticketing, baggage, and reservations using a computerized system
• Resolve guest concerns and provide solutions via digital channels
• Assist with special needs guests and wheelchair support

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Two years of customer service experience
• Proficient typing at 45 WPM

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous airline experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Navitaire PSS or Gladly experience
