• Onboard new clients through structured training sessions
• Deliver product demos and tailored training to ensure tool mastery
• Monitor client health and flag risks or upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve client experience

📋 Requirements

• Pedagogical and patient approach to training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Intercom
• Proficiency in English
