Your impact lies in building trust and driving product adoption during the critical first months. You'll also identify upsell opportunities and risks in collaboration with sales and support teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients through structured training sessions
- Deliver product demos and tailored training to ensure tool mastery
- Monitor client health and flag risks or upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve client experience
📋 Requirements
- Pedagogical and patient approach to training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Intercom
- Proficiency in English
