- Execute customer onboarding and training sessions

- 3-4+ years of accounting experience including Big 4
- Deep understanding of monthly close process and reconciliations
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly and maintain thorough documentation

- Prior customer support experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero
- CPA certification or actively pursuing
