You'll join the Credit Policies team to drive credit strategy for Brazil's first digital bank. • Develop and manage intelligent credit eligibility and limit strategies
• Conduct deep studies on credit performance to identify opportunities
• Create sophisticated risk analyses for personalized portfolio strategies
• Oversee policy parameterization in systems for quality execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields
• Experience in credit policies (PJ preferred)
• Mastery of key credit and risk indicators
• Technical skills in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PJ credit policies
• Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations
