You'll teach pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses using PowerPoint presentations and Zoom. You'll help shape the future of Florida's real estate industry by explaining material to students.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach real estate courses in a classroom and via livestream
• Operate PowerPoint slides and classroom equipment
• Adhere to dress codes and start/end class on time
• Promote additional Gold Coast programs to students

📋 Requirements

• Possess a Florida Real Estate Instructor permit
• Ability to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses
• Willingness to teach evenings, weekends, and weekdays

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive knowledge of Florida real estate laws
• Effective public speaking skills for adult learners
