You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role is perfect for a fanatic who wants to grow with a leading pop culture retailer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store and provide leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• A passion for music and pop culture
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of BOPIS and curbside pickup processes
