💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build our entire production ecosystem, from defining complex electromechanical test fixtures to deploying automated inspection systems. You'll lead the transformation of our production floor into a precision operation capable of scaling from hundreds to thousands of units monthly. This role combines technical depth in manufacturing systems with operational leadership to solve complex production challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect manufacturing execution systems (MES) and database structures for traceability
• Develop automated test scripts and sequences for functional testing
• Design custom electromechanical test fixtures for subassembly validation
• Drive failure analysis using 8D, fishbone diagrams, and DOE

📋 Requirements

• Technical degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for complex electromechanical products
• Expert-level skills in designing and building test fixtures using actuators, sensors, DAQ systems
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) for fixture and tooling design

• Knowledge of database design for production data management
• Experience with test automation using Python or LabVIEW
