You'll build the systems, standards, and workflows that help Coveo's Value Engineering function scale more consistently across the business. You'll own shared tools and templates, establish governance, and drive adoption of self-serve value tools to turn field insight into reusable guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own shared tools, templates, and repositories for Value Engineering
• Establish governance for templates, automations, and shared assets
• Drive adoption of Coveo Lift and self-serve value tools
• Build repeatable workflows to capture and reuse insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in operations, enablement, or consulting operations
• Track record of building repeatable processes and shared systems
• Strong program management and execution skills
• Excellent communication skills for standards and documentation

• Experience supporting consulting or value engineering teams
• Familiarity with automation tooling or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience creating knowledge-sharing programs or enablement assets
