💼 About This Role

You'll join a remote team at Strala, an AI-native claims administrator, to investigate auto property damage losses and determine liability. You'll apply your judgment to evaluate damages and drive fair resolutions while AI eliminates repetitive tasks. You'll report to the VP of Claims and receive ongoing coaching as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate auto property damage losses and determine liability
• Evaluate vehicle damages and review estimates
• Manage total loss evaluations and repair management
• Drive fair, timely claim resolutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of auto PD claims experience (first-party and third-party)
• Active Adjuster License
• Familiar with estimate review, total loss evaluation, and repair management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
