You'll serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and client leadership, managing on-site operations and worker support in a dynamic warehouse environment. Your core impact will be ensuring smooth communication, staffing coverage, and issue resolution. This role offers the chance to drive account growth and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers
• Facilitate worker onboarding, first-day check-ins, and scheduling
• Manage worker performance, pay questions, and clock-ins
• Act as liaison between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of experience in staffing or warehouse operations
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
