π― What You'll Do
- Support customer success initiatives including pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansion programs.
- Coordinate and track global technology deployments with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as liaison between customers and engineering teams to prioritize support requests.
- Analyze customer data and operational insights to support decision-making and solution improvement.
π Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Project Management in SaaS or manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge of Python, API integrations, scripting, and database querying.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
