You'll define and drive the product vision for Kpler's web experience platform, ensuring scalable, high-quality user experiences across products. You'll act as the bridge between technical platform teams and product stakeholders, promoting best practices in front-end architecture and driving adoption of shared capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape a transversal front-end platform in a remote-first, global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Web Experience platform.
• Partner with engineering and design to define platform capabilities for efficient development.
• Collaborate with product managers across vertical teams to identify common needs.
• Monitor metrics related to platform adoption and user experience quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with platform or developer-facing products.
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on web platforms and/or front-end architecture.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Experience managing platform roadmaps, including shared capabilities and services.

• Experience managing design systems or front-end platforms.
• Familiarity with Backend-for-Frontend patterns or front-end architecture frameworks.
• Experience in B2B products.
