🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform root cause analysis of autonomous driving test events.
• Build AI/ML tooling to analyze test failures using logs and images.
• Integrate AI analysis into CI/CD systems and data pipelines.
• Develop dashboards for release health and risk communication.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, Java, or Go.
• Experience building internal tools or infrastructure services.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and release workflows.

• Experience working with multimodal data (text, logs, images, video).
• Familiarity with model evaluation and confidence scoring.
