🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing offers.
• Proactively build talent pipelines using AI-powered tools and referrals.
• Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity and data accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a tech company or startup
• Deep experience recruiting both technical and commercial roles for enterprise software/SaaS
• Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and navigate complex offer negotiations
