You'll be the face of A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, driving lead generation and move-ins. Your core impact is helping families find senior care during urgent discharges. You'llbuild relationships with healthcare professionals andgrow your book of accounts to exceed sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified patient referrals from market plan accounts.
• Develop and grow book of accounts to increase referral volume.
• Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to achieve move-in targets.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
• Daily travel into accounts within territory during business week.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Senior Living Industry knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
