You'll own a portfolio of accounts across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, serving as the trusted advisor for a leading SaaS platform in physical security. You'll drive retention and expansion while ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform. This role offers autonomy to shape retention strategy with direct impact on revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
• Own end-to-end renewal process in partnership with Sales and RevOps
• Monitor customer health using scorecards and KPIs, execute remediation plans
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to generate qualified leads

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding GRR and NRR targets
• Experience managing a portfolio with measurable revenue responsibility
• Strong proficiency in SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
