🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts, owning relationships and strategy.
• Translate client goals into creative direction for internal teams.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand impact.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in account management or client services.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and storytelling.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across creative and production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on both agency and client side.
• Background in content, social, or YouTube-driven work.
• Experience with AOR-style broad scope engagements.
