You'll own the affiliate marketing channel end-to-end, building operational infrastructure and scaling what works at tastytrade. You'll drive revenue growth through third-party relationships and support strategic partnerships. This high-impact role offers exposure and growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end affiliate program operations including onboarding, contracts, and payouts
• Own affiliate analytics such as CPA, customer segmentation, and ROI across the portfolio
• Scout, evaluate, and onboard new affiliates across influencers, publishers, and fintech platforms
• Provide coordination and execution support on larger strategic partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership-driven growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-stage startup environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using affiliate management platforms such as Impact Radius
• Network within fintech, retail brokerage, futures, or financial media space
• Familiarity with FINRA/NFA compliance requirements
