You'll lead and scale clinical operations for Noom Med, partnering with Product, Engineering, and B2B teams to deliver digital health programs. You'll own clinical protocols, vendor relationships, and operational models that bring programs to life across B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end clinical operations for Noom Med across D2C and B2B
• Serve as operational bridge between clinical strategy and execution
• Lead and scale a high-performing clinical operations team
• Drive clinical implementations across D2C and B2B strategic initiatives
• Build operational infrastructure: capacity models, utilization targets, reporting frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of clinical operations experience
• 3+ years in health tech (telehealth, consulting, payor, provider, or services)
• Experience in digital healthcare required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
