• Evolve program design to ensure relevance and scalability.

• Program management experience with cross-functional, high-visibility programs.
• Ability to operate across both execution and strategy.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and influencing skills without authority.
• Excellent business judgment to define problems and drive scalable solutions.
