🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications/treatment plans
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
