You'll serve as the primary benefits point of contact for LATAM markets while contributing to a global harmonization initiative spanning 70+ countries. You'll own the regional renewal calendar and drive compliance and vendor management across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage benefits inquiries, renewals, and administration across LATAM markets.
• Support vendor and broker relationship management and renewal negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with statutory benefits and labor legislation in LATAM.
• Administer Workday benefits data and produce reporting for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR or Benefits experience with LATAM focus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Advanced Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
