Description

You will provide on-site process support and troubleshooting for ALD/CVD/CMP tools at customer sites in North Taiwan. You'll evaluate customer needs, manage new product installations, and drive continuous improvement to ensure exceptional service and value.

Requirements

• PhD preferred; Master/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, EE, ChemE, or MechE
• 3+ years experience in thin-film/CVD/ALD/CMP
• Strong understanding of engineering principles for process operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to field sites

• Evaluate and identify customer needs and new opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical information for stakeholders
• Drive and manage new product penetration and process development
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience
