You'll define long-term product strategy for Core Markets at a fast-growing fundraising platform. You'll turn customer signals into evidence-backed cases and drive decisions toward $200M+ ARR. This role is for a senior IC who will shape the roadmap from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term product strategy for your domain
• Analyze customer and market signals to build business cases
• Collaborate with GTM to identify market opportunities
• Present strategy and learnings to leadership

📋 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems into frameworks
• Strong business and commercial thinking skills
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting followed by product
• Experience working with or in international teams
• Prior experience as a Principal PM or equivalent senior IC
