You'll own reporting and dashboards that give Customer Success teams clear visibility into health and risk. Your insights will directly drive retention and expansion decisions. You'll also design AI-powered automation to scale outreach and reduce manual work.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and own scalable CS dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyze customer data to identify retention and growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Data analysis skills with tools like SQL or Python.
  • Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of Customer Success metrics (health score, churn, NRR).
  • Experience with automation and workflow design.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML in a CS context.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
