💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily tasks while promoting independence. As a Partner in Caring at Otterbein, you'll work in a supportive team environment for a non-profit senior community. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and access to DailyPay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, and ambulating.
• Provide support services under nurse supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent.

📋 Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to use proper lift technique and equipment.

• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain CNA/STNA if not currently active.
