Description

As an Analyst on the Surveys team, you will enable clients to collect expert insights via online programmed surveys, driving growth by training team members and improving internal capabilities. You'll apply problem-solving and analytical skills to support survey project managers and unlock advanced survey capabilities.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of working experience; relevant technical internship preferred
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Great problem solver with aptitude for complex problems
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy
• Highly driven and proactive
• Effective communicator
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with coding (SQL, Python, R, VBA) is a plus
• Familiarity with survey platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics) is a plus
• Experience with reporting mediums (Periscope, Tableau) is a plus
• Must pass a quantitative based test

Responsibilities

• Quality control: Review surveys to ensure they capture valuable insights
• Support live client requests: Provide technical support to clients
• Data analysis visualization: Build tools and workflows for survey data insights
• Training: Own technical training for the team on survey programming, quality control, and visualization
• Advance survey capabilities: Own process improvement across technical aspects of survey delivery
