You'll support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth People processes and accurate data. Your work directly impacts how employees experience Genius Sports day to day, ensuring consistency and high-quality support. You'll work closely with the broader People team to improve HR operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new starters
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries via ticketing system
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems

📋 Requirements

• Relevant education or previous experience in HR
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, organized, able to take initiative
• Good knowledge of Estonian labor law
