You'll own the design, implementation, and scaling of HR systems and data infrastructure at a fast-growing legal tech company. You'll ensure our people infrastructure scales ahead of the company through automation and integration. This role has direct impact on organisational speed and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and improve the people technology stack (HRIS, ATS, document management)
• Design and build integrations for seamless data flows between systems
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive HR processes
• Translate complex HR requirements into scalable system-driven solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years managing internal technology in high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and HR tech ecosystem
• Strong Typescript foundation for cloud-based integrations
• Experience with people analytics and data governance
