  • Conduct professional communication with potential customers.
  • Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Redgate's core solutions.
  • Help customers discover unmet needs and deliver product value.
  • Partner with sales functions to achieve monthly quotas.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and social selling.

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in tech sales.
  • Extraordinary communication skills, written and oral.
  • Team mentality and collaborative mindset.
