💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site support for laser cutting and marking systems across North America. You'll install equipment, train customers, and troubleshoot mechanical/electronic issues. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and demonstrate laser cutting and marking systems
• Train customer personnel in equipment operation
• Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical issues
• Create and maintain machine operation procedures and drawings

📋 Requirements

• High School or Technical School in Electronic, Electrical or Manufacturing
• 3+ years mechanical & electric/electronic troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic and electric drawings
• PLC troubleshooting experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronic systems
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Salesforce CRM, Team Viewer
