💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end client booking experience for a leading barbershop management platform, driving strategy across discovery, booking, and rebooking. Your work will directly impact conversion and retention for over 30,000 barbers globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-quarter vision for client booking experience
• Improve conversion and rebooking through experimentation
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality experiences
• Own key metrics including conversion, funnel drop-off, and retention

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience building booking or scheduling products at scale
• Proven track record improving conversion or retention in B2C
• Strong product judgment across UX, systems, and business impact

✨ Nice to Have

• PLG or lifecycle optimization experience
• Exposure to AI-driven consumer workflows
• Experience supporting multiple verticals or international markets
