💼 About This Role

You'll own and optimize Wing Assistant's web presence using WordPress and Elementor to drive conversion growth. You'll ship high-performing pages, run CRO experiments, and ensure every visitor experience is fast and persuasive.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
• Run A/B tests on copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers to improve conversion.
• Set up event tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presence or CRO for a high-growth SaaS brand.
• Expert-level experience in WordPress (Elementor) and Figma.
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for light customization.

• Familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO templates.
• Experience with Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow.
• Deeper design skills or video storyboarding experience.
