You'll own Remote's field-level alliance motion with strategic partners in North America, building relationships and driving partner-sourced pipeline. Your core impact will be translating partner engagement into closed revenue across Global Payroll, EOR, and Contractor Management. This role offers the chance to build and lead a team while shaping Remote's ecosystem strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with partners' field organizations and ecosystem partners.
  • Activate awareness of Remote solutions through consistent messaging and campaigns.
  • Organize and attend partner events to generate pipeline.
  • Drive co-sell execution and report on sourced/influenced pipeline.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep experience with strategic alliance partners and their ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong operating rigor to turn ambiguity into repeatable plans.
  • Experience building and managing a high-performance team.

  • Knowledge of Global Payroll, EOR, or Contractor Management.
  • Experience with partner marketing and enablement.
