๐ผ About This Role
You'll own Remote's field-level alliance motion with strategic partners in North America, building relationships and driving partner-sourced pipeline. Your core impact will be translating partner engagement into closed revenue across Global Payroll, EOR, and Contractor Management. This role offers the chance to build and lead a team while shaping Remote's ecosystem strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build relationships with partners' field organizations and ecosystem partners.
- Activate awareness of Remote solutions through consistent messaging and campaigns.
- Organize and attend partner events to generate pipeline.
- Drive co-sell execution and report on sourced/influenced pipeline.
๐ Requirements
- Deep experience with strategic alliance partners and their ecosystem.
- Proven ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong operating rigor to turn ambiguity into repeatable plans.
- Experience building and managing a high-performance team.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Global Payroll, EOR, or Contractor Management.
- Experience with partner marketing and enablement.
