You'll design, build, and test antenna systems for next-generation satellite payloads. You'll leverage cutting-edge design tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize high-performance communications. This internship offers hands-on experience with anechoic chamber testing and vendor collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-design antenna components with cross-functional engineering teams
• Measure and validate antenna performance using anechoic chamber testing
• Work with vendors to design and procure RF components
• Use CST, HFSS, or TICRA for antenna simulation and design

📋 Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of electromagnetics including antenna theory and impedance matching
• Experience measuring components with vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as CST, HFSS, or TICRA
• Scripting ability in Matlab or Python for engineering problem-solving

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D printing techniques (DMLS, FDM)
• Experience with link budget and system calculations (EIRP, noise figure, G/T)
• Experience designing waveguide components (OMT, MUX, diplexer, etc.)
