Product Manager - Organics and Offtakes

Description
You will develop AMP's global strategy for organics and offtakes, focusing on R&D and commercialization of new end markets and partnerships to divert waste and improve facility economics. You'll identify and scale new models for advanced materials recovery, work with engineering and commercial teams, and build a partner network across the bioeconomy and materials sectors.
Requirements
- Founder mentality and high slope learner
- Interest in clean energy systems, climate negative infrastructure, and waste
- Experience with TRL 5-9 technologies (composting, anaerobic digestion, pyrolysis, etc.) preferred
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Engineering leadership
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and market collateral
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AMP's offtake strategy, identifying and commercializing new outlets and technologies
- Partner with commercial team to manage carbon credit program applications
- Support engineering and operations teams for technical feasibility and feedstock compatibility
- Build and maintain partner network across bioeconomy, fuels, and materials sectors
- Advise commercial originators on offtake strategies for each project and market context
