🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and coach a team of 8-10 sales executives
- Conduct regular sales team meetings and one-to-ones
- Assess sales pipeline and prepare regular sales forecasts
- Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements
📋 Requirements
- Experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and KPIs
- Ability to coach and train junior sales teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and analysis
