Requirements

• 5+ years designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace/Defense preferred).
• Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management, and WIP costing.
• SQL proficiency for data reconciliation and OTBI for financial reporting.
• Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and ERP system settings.
• U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder due to export-controlled data; on-site full-time; travel up to 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting modules, managing cost books and valuation methods.
• Direct technical resolution of variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and General Ledger; ensure accurate RBNI reports.
• Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (MES/WMS).
• Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components for accurate COGS and inventory valuation.
• Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting is auditable.
