Description

You will architect and build the foundation of a global crypto payments network, driving technical decisions across backend systems and user-facing applications. You'll lead development of secure, scalable financial experiences, mentor engineers, and influence product strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 in fintech or payments infrastructure
• Strong backend skills in C#, C++, Go, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in cloud-native development (Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption
• Understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets

Responsibilities

• Own and drive roadmap and implementation for multiple areas of focus, balancing short- and long-term priorities
• Drive technical architecture decisions and system designs, providing technical leadership across teams
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Azure cloud services
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems for handling large data volumes
• Champion best practices in software engineering, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps
