💼 About This Role

You'll lead a 0→1 product effort building on Cartesia's foundation models, owning the initiative end-to-end as its CEO. You'll drive customer discovery, strategy, and execution alongside a squad of researchers, engineers, designers, and GTM partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the initiative's roadmap, strategy, and execution pace
• Shape go-to-market including positioning, pricing, and target segments
• Run customer discovery personally and close early customers with GTM
• Drive cross-functional alignment across research, engineering, design, and GTM

📋 Requirements

• Founder experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-tools startup with a 0→1 product
• Execution velocity and deep ownership bias
• Deep working knowledge of modern AI/ML systems and production tradeoffs
• Customer-led with experience driving early customer acquisition solo

✨ Nice to Have

• Credible external voice in applied AI or strong potential to become one
• Built a real-time or applied AI product previously
• Prior PM time at a high-velocity AI lab (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
