🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and administrative checklists
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of staff
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant or retail operations
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
