Description
You will act as the primary technical bridge between high-value customers, regional delivery teams, and core IT/Security functions. You will handle complex inquiries on Infrastructure, Security, and Performance, lead strategic customer advisory meetings, and manage incident communications including Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years in technical consulting, systems engineering, or similar bridge role focused on cloud-native environments
- Bachelor's degree (or Master's with 8 years experience) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Security, Monitoring)
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical interface for regional delivery teams, resolving non-trivial technical requests to protect internal IT and Infosec bandwidth
- Lead high-level technical discussions with customer IT and Security departments to align platform capabilities with internal infrastructure and compliance
- Manage technical communication loop during critical incidents, translating findings into professional RCA reports for customer IT leadership
- Contribute to technical audits and planning sessions for cloud monitoring, resource management, and performance optimization
- Respond to customer inquiries on IT infrastructure, cloud monitoring, performance, and scalability, explaining platform robustness
