💼 About This Role

You'll provide student support for online pre-licensing courses, answering content questions via email and discussion boards. You'll help New Mexico students succeed in their real estate education. This role offers flexible remote work with a small weekly commitment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide documentation to become recognized instructor
• Reply to student email and discussion board inquiries within 24 hours
• Review course content and assist with updates for state law changes
• Complete CDEI certification within 4 months

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active NM real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Attend instructor training course within one year
