Description

You'll maintain accurate inventory levels, support shipping and receiving operations, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveries and prevent stockouts. Your attention to detail directly impacts daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and documentation

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory across all systems and locations
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, move orders, adjustments, and returns
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventories
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including verifying materials and preparing shipments
• Identify and resolve inventory and shipping discrepancies
