Description

You will act as the linchpin between creative, technical, and client teams, planning and delivering high-impact projects such as marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and web/software launches. You will ensure timely delivery, budget management, and seamless integration of creative assets into technical deliverables.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of project management in creative agency or tech company
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or MS Project)
• Understanding of SDLC, UI/UX principles, CMS, and basic web technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, CS, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and technical specifications
• Create comprehensive project plans with timelines and resource allocation using Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Act as primary liaison between creative and technical teams
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure profitability
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
