💼 About This Role

You'll provide physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist for home health patients in the greater West Liberty, OH area. This PRN role offers flexibility while serving a mission-focused, faith-based ministry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct physical therapy treatments per PT and physician plan of care
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function
• Direct patients in therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Maintain clinical notes and conference records

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with associate degree
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a PTA
