Description

You will manage existing enterprise customer accounts and drive growth for CoLab's AI platform. Your role involves building relationships, executing account strategies, and working with cross-functional teams to land and expand seven-figure accounts. Occasional travel to Newfoundland is required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise or Strategic Account role within SaaS, or engineering background with strong closing skills
  • 1-2+ years working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees)
  • Ability to understand and analyze use cases for highly technical product
  • Strategic thinker comfortable with complex account planning and multi-department selling
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute robust account strategies and plans for revenue growth
  • Serve as expert on CoLab and industry best practices for customers
  • Identify, qualify, and build opportunities within existing accounts
  • Travel to customer on-site ~1 week per month
